DIET: Spells DIE with a T

Pills



Ok, so I just had to type this up with my girl Tyondra in mind. Our generation is all tied up in what the best "diets" are and how to loose weight quick!!! Seriously folks, can we please not invest in these horrible "Loose Weight FAST" obsessions or these "Diet Pills" or anything like that??!! I mean are we so lazy that we would rather take a pill or have some surgery to loose 10 pounds instead of eating right and exercising?? Really!!! GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE!!! I will admitt that I am a victim of wanting to loose those unwanted pounds as quickly as possible but I considered exercising FIRST!!! Taking all these uneccessary dietary products or having liposuction to get rid of 12 pounds is RIDICULOUS!!! Get serious here people. But by all means, loose weight if you feel uncomfortable.. Here's a hint: GET OFF YOUR ASS AND EXERCISE!!!!! Its not that difficult, really its not.. You just need to get motivated, have others motivating you, and have some kind of workout schedule that you can stick to!!!

And dont get me started about this celebrity "He/She is so f*ing fat!!".. Why?? Cuz they went from a size 0 to a size 5?? Or because they actually look human now?? Or is it because we idolize celebrities so much that when they gain a little weight, we're ready to crucify them!! Get over it.. Here is a picture of Jennifer Love Hewit that is floating around the internet!! The girl gained a littel weight but she is far away from "OVERWEIGHT" yet we are quick to call her out on the little "jiggle" she has going on.. GROW UP!!! People are not supposed to be rail thin nor are we supposed to judge others on their weight... Ecspecially if you are two donuts shy of being overweight your damn self!!! Get a life.....

I must say kudos to Jenny for gaining that weight, now she looks like a woman and not a Barbie Doll... I mean everybody is there own individual... Loose the weight for you not for anyone else. Lets take Oprah Winfrey for example. We all know Oprah aint missing no meals and her figure is definitely starting to show that... The only thing that bothered me about Oprah is how she went to all of these magazines with this sad attitude, talking about "How did I let this happen to me??!!" Its really simple to explain, YOU KEPT EATING!!! I mean, women of color have alot to fight against when trying to loose weight. Everything from all that good home cooking to those sweets!!! Its just soo damn hard!!! So Ms. Oprah ma'am, I feel your pain...


Oprah Oh, and please note that the Oprah on the left is the "Now" Oprah!!! Sorry lady, just put the fork down....


Until next blog remember: Dont just DIET, get off your lazy ass and WORKOUT!!!

(Donnell)....I fell you baby! So many people komplain about their weight, and do nothing but watch their weight inkrease! Get up, and do something about it early on..and there would be no need to investigate pills and supplements! Weight gain may be hereditary in some kases, but you kan always do something about it if youre proaktive!

Hold up... I'm not on a diet... I'm the one that told you DIET is DIE w/ a T... I'm fasting and that is for religious purposes... But I love it none the less...

I feel this.. Too many people are trying to be a size 0... NOT CUTE
